New coffee shop, in Ahern next to the Strat. Friendly staff, and I ordered the quiche, they warmed it up for me.

Oh my gosh, this place is a hidden gem! It is located in the Ahern hotel. It's quiet and has lots of seating. The staff was really nice and gave a great recommendation! The matcha latte was okay but I never expect too much from coffee shops. Their pastries are amazing though. The employee recommended the coffee cake and oh my goodness was it DELICIOUS. I'm going back just for that coffee cake!

The girl working on Tuesday 12/24 and Wednesday 12/25 literally was chatting it up way too much with the girl that worked at the Chocolate store. We went to the Chocolate store and could not get service. We go back to the aroma bar and find they are both there just messing around talking The two girls working today 12/26/2024 were VERY helpful. Worked and got our order quickly. Place is clean. We come here often Every was clean. But it's not appreciated when there are no customers and the chat time comes first and we are just standing there watching while the waiting for the smallest order.

What a great little cafe with delicious food and drink items. All the items are made in house and my wife loves the butter croissants (espeically warm). Staff is friendly and helpful. This Cafe is located at the Ahern Luxury Boutique Hotel on the 2nd Floor next to the showroom. The showroom allows you to take food and drink items purchased from this Cafe into the shows. Overall, hands down they have some of the best food items (see my photos).

The aroma barista bar is tucked away in a very cozy part of a boutique hotel. The staff was very courteous and seating area was very clean. We shared a round chocolate almond croissant. We were delightfully, surprised that it was made in layers of Filo dough, almond slices and almond paste. Drizzled with a chocolate style ganache. we tried two different coffees one Café latte and one cappuccino double shot. the coffees weren't bad. They just didn't have enough body and flavor to them. I'm sure it's just a personal preference, but the coffee did not have a rich, bold coffee flavor.

Located in the 2nd floor of the Ahern Hotel. Super friendly staff ready to serve you the best cup of coffee near or on the strip. There are also an assortment of pastries for sale. Highly recommended!

Overall: 4.7/5 (dine in and take out) I rarely go to the same place more than once but this coffee shop in Ahern Hotel & Events Center is a hidden gem! The coffee shop is really quiet & clean, there's plenty of seating, and their prices are great, especially during happy hour from 3-5 PM. I came 6 different times out of the 5 days I stayed at Ahern so I got to befriend barista Mayte who makes perfect coffee every time :) Not only is their coffee delicious, the pastries are also amazing! Chicken BLT Wrap ($8.50): It's a cold wrap that comes with a side of ranch sauce. The wrap was filling and full of chicken strips. It barely had any lettuce and tomatoes though. Also lacking flavor so I had to dip it on the ranch sauce a lot. My least favorite food item I tried here. Short Rib Quiche ($6): I usually do not have a good experience with quiche but this one was phenomenal. The short rib part caught my attention as I never saw this in a quiche before. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this combo worked, and the short rib was tender as well. The custard was so soft and jiggly. I savored each bite and did a little happy dance so I highly recommend this (heated up of course). 16 Oz Green Mountain Smoothie ($6): Not a bad tasting smoothie, just light in flavor. Easy to drink since there's no chunks and it's not icy. However, my mouth did feel a bit strange afterwards like tingly/numb so I'm not sure if I have a slight allergy to something in the smoothie. During happy hour, you get a pastry and coffee combo for only $7 so I was basically here every day :) Both the espresso and cold brew drinks were strong. I usually avoid cold brew since I feel like most places make it watered down but not here. Iced Hazelnut Twist Specialty Coffee: This was good but not my favorite. I thought it was basic in terms of the flavor profile but you can taste all the listed ingredients like honey and cinnamon. Iced White Lavender Specialty Coffee: This is my favorite coffee drink I had here. Super tasty so I couldn't stop sipping it and ended up finishing it in instead of saving half for the next day. Irish Cream Cold Foam: This was the only version of the cold brew section that I tried where the drinks weren't mixed up. I tried the cold brew by itself and it was strong and good! I typically avoid ordering cold brew drinks at coffee shops since I think it's watered down and/or not strong but this one was perfect! The cold foam wasn't too sweet and took a while to mix it in with the cold brew. Sweet Cream Cold Brew: Tasted similar to the Starbucks sweet cream cold brew but stronger. This is also sweeter & creamier than the Irish Cream Cold Foam too. I do not recommend leaving this overnight since the heavy cream hardened into what looks like a white chocolate rim. Carrot Muffin: My favorite pastry that I tried here. The muffin was so moist and tasty. Lots of carrot bits. The frosting went well with the muffin and is the right amount of sweetness. Strawberry Croissant: This was my second favorite pastry. Their croissants are way bigger than any other coffee shops I've seen. This one was an open face version baked with cream filling, sliced strawberries, brown sugar clusters (?), and powdered sugar on top. I was mind-boggled with the first bite. It took a few more bites for me to comprehend all the flavor profiles and how they were working together. Although the carrot muffin was my favorite, this croissant was the most unique. Bear Claw: This wasn't bad and pretty average. The filling's sweetness was too subtle so nothing stood out for this bear claw. Pistachio Twist: This was my least favorite pastry since it barely had any taste. It didn't taste fresh like the other ones either. The twist wasn't as soft even after being heated up. The only thing I liked was that it included crushed pistachios in between the twist.
